In its place, it enters an agreement with Grupo Editorial Vid, which had just started a new Superman title "El Hombre De Acero." Rather than starting with a new #1, Editora Cinco continued its legacy numbering, although the trade dress for the books no longer had the 'Supermán' name in it, but the 'S' logo and "El Hombre De Acero" title.

Note: This is the final World's Finest story published by Editora Cinco in Colombia. Nine issues starring the Superman-Batman team-up adventures were released during this series' run (issues 11, 12, 14, 38, 41, 45, 46, 49 and 52).

Note: Issue #52 of "Supermán" by Editora Cinco uses the same cover as issue #11, which corresponds with World's Finest #282; however, the contents of the issue are those of World's Finest #290. Editora Cinco repeats this practice several times in the final issues of "Batman."

Note: This is the final issue that Editora Cinco publishes with a Novaro equivalent in Mexico. By this time, Novaro had stopped publishing comics for nearly two years. From this point forward, Editora Cinco releases material from Grupo Editorial Vid, which started its Superman run in October 1986 with the "Man Of Steel" reboot by John Byrne, under the title "El Hombre De Acero." Editora Cinco continues publishing Novaro material in the "Batman" title.
